Pretty much slept in and then sat on my butt all day.
I got to give a little camera lesson to Amanda. She got a new DSLR for Christmas, so I showed her how to use some of the manual modes. I SO appreciate her desire to learn how to use these modes. I hate it when people get fancy schmancy cameras and then only use the "auto" mode. Congrats on throwing away $600.
I also learned that I love being able to help other people learn about cameras and photography. And I love it when people ask me questions about that stuff. :)
Technically I got it for my birthday, but it's all good. BTW, I love having access to a smart & helpful photographer! And I totally agree, why would you buy such a camera and NOT learn how to use it. Love you & Thx
